- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I helped both Buyer's & Sellers for 11 years and then began working with Buyer's exclusively 6 years ago. Assisting buyer's in their quest for home ownership is very satisfiying to me. I love seeing people happy.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now it is the high home prices. This is good for equity purposes but makes it difficult to find good value for my clients.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- An interesting moment was a marker event that occured twice in 1999 when two of my past clients had listed homes with me and I ended up acting as a duel agent in the sale. This was a time I had to question my values and ethics in both transactions as to who I really served the best. That was the turning point for me and I became an Exclusive Buyer's Agent 18 months later. I opened my own company and it continues today serving Buyer's only.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I think it is honesty. Honesty and educating clients in the home buying arena.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The most inspirational person in my life was John F. Kennedy. What inspires me most is clients sincerity and desire to better themselves.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- From my mother. You can do and be anything you want.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Well I love Washington. Most of my adult life was spent in Southern CA which is now #2 on the list.
