- I had a signed around offer on a proprty that was going into forclosure that was to close in 20 days. My client decided that he wanted the property and wanted it closed in one week there was to be a continuance in the timber tax that takes a timber cruiser to handle, he was in the process of moving to a new home in an area with no internet access and could not get to us for at least 3 weeks. To make a long story shorter I and the listing agent called him and offered him an additional $500.00 which he did not accept by the way but he did this for us and it closed the next day.
