I guess if you are going to find an agent, it is probably best to choose a broker over an agent for that added experience. with Steve, you get the feeling that he really cares. I highly reccommend Steve
Brian buy a previous house with Julee M Denzinger and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Things started off very good with Julee, but after we found the home we wanted, things went downhill fast. After having to do all the legwork ourselves with the Escrow company, we are now in a battle of getting things done that the seller was supposed to have taken care of but we supposedly "agreed" to handle but there is no paper work to support it. Bottom line, run far and fast before dealing with this agent.
