Rejected application due to false circumstances and refused to communicate further. Left me completely high and dry during an extremely important time of year for housing. Irrational and impossible to reason with--I have a PERFECT renters history and credit, yet refused to even consider my application. Will NEVER consider renting from this individual again and will communicate to others my negative experience.

Relocated from Seattle to Ferndale WA. Mr. Locker was very professional from the start. We felt like we we family. He had a group of what he called "Team Members" that made our move very smooth and painless. Living his whole life in Whatcom County his whole life really helped us with some of the big questions we needed answered during our big move. Pat was very knowledgable with the in's and out's of Bellingham/Ferndale real estate and was in complete communication with us on a daily basis. We would recommend Pat Locker to anyone that is considering moving to Bellingham or Whatcom County. He has a large family that still lives in Ferndale and suports Whatcom County Boys & Girls Club, local High School Athletics as well as WWU which is a 4 year University located in Bellingham. Overall Pat was just great! We were treated like family and part of a very well run team!
