This is a fair warning to anyone who wants to rent from Martin Petelinz, or Property Management Professionals. DO NOT! They are not willing to work with you at all and when you move out they will SEVERELY over charge you for ANY damages, whether they were there when you moved in or not. Martin AND PMP are just greedy business people who would sell their own mother's soul to make a buck. Also, Martin personally took pictures of me (20 yr old female) in my pajamas one day when he showed up for an "inspection" completely unannounced. He then did not even bring htme to courty as any sort of evidence. So again, if you don't want to get completely screwed over, don't rent from Martin Petelinz or Property Management Professionals.

Working with Gwen Cochran was not only very professional, it was so much fun and always exciting. She was constantly finding new houses that fit what we had in mind. She worked with our schedules and always returned our calls and found answers to our questions. What was even better, we found our new home just before Thanksgiving, nigotiated price a little, signed the final docs...and still had plenty of time to move completely in and decorate for Christmas. I was so glad we could spend the holidays with our friends and family in our new home :) We will definately work with Gwen next time we are looking to sell and buy.
