I bought my condo in 2008 with Jon Hansen as my purchasing agent. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have someone as patient as Jon to show me many many many properties. It wasn't a big sale for him, but he still took the time to continually show me new properties whenever I wanted. In the end, when we finally found the right place, he negotiated a great price and good concessions so that I didn't have to pay closing costs at all. All-in-all I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We have had our home on the market with Jon for 148 days. When he came in he acted like he was our best friend, would keep saying how excited he was etc. After he listed it he disappeared. Won't return our calls. We are selling our home to keep from losing it and in September we asked him to take it off the market so we could try and sell it ourselves as a possible short sale(been on the market at that time for over 2 months)and her refused saying that it is still his contract. He has NEVER called us since! We are now in the middle of foreclosure! He NEVER offered to lower the price, he NEVER suggested short sale, he NEVER CARED! At this point we cannot sell our home, we are too far behind and the banks won't allow it. Unless you are in an high level home, don't bother!

Jon is truly more of a trusted advisor than "run-of-the-mill" salesman. He listened to my needs and devised a strategy to get me where I wanted to go. Heck, he even talked me out of buying a more expensive home b/c he thought I could do better at a lower price. Well, I did, and I have Jon to thank. He is an expert negotiator. I felt very well served in this experience of buying a home.

He will act like he is your best bud, and even claim to want to be a friend, not just an agent, but the bottom line is, Jon is PURE 100% slimy salesman. He truly doesnt care about his clients, unless your buying high or selling high (for a larger commission) and unless he thinks he can get something else out of you, you can forget any niceties that this agent will show. Once everything is in escrow, you have to pull teeth to get him to return the call. Do some research and find someone else.

Jon helped us buy our house and was Awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I was in between jobs and need to get this house. I am 62 and lost all my savings.. Jon told me he woudl help me get into the hosue . Instead he took the place for himself..

Don't deal with this place.. Dave is a real piece of work.. They have horrible customer service and no aim to please what so ever... Stay as far away from this place as you can...
