I first worked with David Moody my Realtor in 1991. I had met him a few years previously as a person who had helped me in my life in my struggles to overcome a substance abuse problem. I had contacted him to find a rental house. At the time he mentioned that I may be qualified to purchase a home. He walked me through the whole process and helped me find a home that met my needs perfectly. His knowledge level is incredible. 10 years later he was the only person I could consider when it came time to upgrade to a new home. He helped immensely when it came to both selling my existing home and getting in to a new one. He has also helped in making decisions with locating a place for my business.
