- The market conditions have made it challenging for even the most experienced listing agents to get homes sold. Price and condition have never been more important.

- Sometimes selling short is the only answer. Even when you need to sell short the banks aren't always cooperative. Getting to the finish line is quite a feat and I've become good at breaking through some thick red tape. It's been bittersweet working with sellers to get the homes that they worked hard to buy, sell at such low prices but at the same time put the chapter behind them.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Integrity, reliability and creative negotiations are characteristics that have helped to make me a successful agent rankin as high as 11 out of a field of over 5000 agents.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- People who are content and have wisdom to know that life isn't a dress rehersal. Live each day to the fullest!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advise I have received and try to live by is to not sweat the small stuff. Most often it's out of your control.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I'd like to live in Seattle in the summer and Palm Desert in the winter. On a more exotic note I love the south of France and Greece but am not sure that permanent living is in order.
