A Seattle native and successful Business owner Jason focused his passion for real estate into a second career. Joining a team at RE/MAX specializing in multifamily investment real estate, his knowledge of the local market, along with the demographic and economic factors affecting it, allowed him to consistently identify excellent investment opportunities and negotiate their acquisition or disposition. Becoming a Washington State Housing Finance Commission instructor and helping first time home buyers with financial education and pre-purchase planning became key component of his residential practice. Jason is experienced both in property and portfolio management and negotiations in difficult transactions. Which have included: securing international investors, negotiations requiring both bankruptcy court and lien holder approvals and dispositions of trust assets held in probate.
