"Jamie helped us sell our house. We had had a very difficult time with the first agent we chose and were quite frustrated- our house sat on the market for 4 months. Then we asked Jamie to help us sell our home. She listed it, marketed it, and sold within two weeks! Jamie was great- her customer service was excellent, and she really does care about her clients. Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Lakeland Hills is a growing community. It is the largest master planned community in Auburn, WA. With trails, shopping, parks and close to major HWY's it makes it a very desirable place to call home.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love my job! I love making people's dreams a reality. I enjoy managing all the details of a real estate transaction to take the weight off my client's shoulders. I love the gratitude I receive from my clients when the transaction is complete.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue in this market is the negativity from the press. The market isn't bad right now, it's just different. There are alot of homes on the market and pricing your home correctly is the key. I will provide you with the data and statistics to help you make an educated decision when pricing your home to sell.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my clients had their home listed for quite a few months. Their listing had expired and they contacted me. After doing a complete market analysis we came up with a price that was competitive with the market and listed their home. In less than a week we had an offer!

What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is that I am detail orientated. You have to be in this job. Whether assisting you in the purchase of a home or a sale managing your transaction from beginning until end is my job and something I really enjoy doing.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My family inspires me the most.

What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I ever recieved is that if you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got. So, change it up every now and then!!!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living right here in the Pacific Northwest! The mountains, ocean and desert are all just hours away!
