- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- It allows me to connect with new people every day and keep up good relationships with those I have worked with in the past. From suggesting existing home enhancements… to the next superior home. My days are spent making others feel comfortable with their Real Estate changes.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Time.. Some days just are not long enough.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- While working with a client. We had seen every thing in a comfortable investment range and still nothing that would fit the needs and wants. After a short break from the search (just before January) I had learned of a great VHFA program that ended up working great for my client. He was able to purchase a beautiful NEW condo. This is just the first that came to mind.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Willing to do what it takes (legally and professionally)
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My past clients. When I am asked to come back and see what they have done to their new homes, the excitement in their faces to be in their new home. That is the best form of inspiration for me.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- “Give your time to some one who needs it”
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- VERMONT! If I could keep Vermont in the fall season all year… just cool enough to put on a comfortable pare of jeans and a sweatshirt. The best time of the year. Apple Picking, visiting Sam Mazza’s Pumpkin patch, and long hikes just enjoying the colors of fall.
