Dan Cohen sell a previous house with Karen T Waters and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
karen waters tried to hide the fact that she had sold my mother's house at 842 So. Prospect St., Burlington, to Planning Commission Vice-Chairman Bruce D. Baker, and then when I called her a liar, she admitted to me that she HAD sold the house to Mr. Baker. I have the emails to show if anyone is interested. Baker ran a business at "842," without a permit and is in the middle of a huge conflagration about all this.
