Todd Bunger chose not to not sell a home
and would not recommend using Tatyana
.
Comments: "My family recently experienced your work. I cannot imagine a less effective agent. Although my family was on the sellers side, you did more to insult my family member than anyone I can imagine could do without trying. So I have to imagine you were trying to. You violated many regulations, you left the house unlocked twice, you arrived un-announced and both called and insulted my family when you are not to make any contact at all. You lost that sale due to unprofessional attitude and complete ignorance of the rules. You appeared to have influenced the roof inspector and you appeared to have influenced the home inspector. Both of these are violations as well. I am contacting the regulating agencies and anyone I can find who needs to know of your complete disregard for the rules, for ethics, for humanity and simply, cause you are pathetic at your job. YOU lost that sale. The buyers wanted the home. The seller wanted to sell it to them... YOU should not do this job." Read full review |
