I inherited a property recently and was overwhelmed immediately trying to rent it out myself. Since there was no good reason to sell it and a less than fevorable market, renting it was my only option. That got a lot easier when Mo Wilson took over management. I still receive the income but none of the hassle of taking care of a second home.
fair and friendly
As a resident in a MO Wilson property, I have been well taken care of. There were some repairs that werent in immediate need of repair but they agreed to do them as a courtesy to me and as a preventative maintenance. The vents look great and I am happy that they were willing to work with me.

I have had several dealings with them over the years and they are always friendly and helpful. The same goes for the most recent problem with the rain gutter. again they are on it. no complaints form me at all.

I rented from this property management company for the last year and they were great. Although I didn't get all of my deposit back - it was for fair reasons (carpet cleaning, etc). I tried to find another home to rent from them - but there just wasn't anything in the area I am moving to. I am departing a happy client to say the least.

If you are new to the area, stay away from this guy's company. M O Wilson Properties are the worst property company you could ever find. Good luck trying to get your deposit back!
