Very good friends of ours recommended Alison to us as we were getting ready to put our home on the market. They raved about how she sold their homes quickly, and also remained in close contact with them LONG after their homes were sold. Unfortunately for us, we went with another realtor first – for no apparent reason – and after 6 months on the market with good showings and good feedback but NO contract action – we decided to switch to Alison. My husband and I were both very impressed with her tech savvy ways and how she intended to market and SELL our home… and sell she did, just a few short months later (and, at a time with others said there wouldn’t be much action!) During the time our home was listed with her, we heard from Alison constantly with little tips and ideas and encouragements. We were so pleased with the various listings and pictures – and others obviously were as well, as we generated a good number of new showings. Alison followed up on leads and prospective buyers. Once we received an offer, she walked us through all negotiations all the way through to a successful closing. Now, I get to bask in the glory of having a sold home, and a new friend in Alison! We worked with Alison and her team on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We were pleased with the all-around service we received from Team Bzibee! How I wish I had used Alison from the start. She’s my hero!

Mark made everything easy. He was patient and his experience helped so much as a first time home buyer. This IS the person you should use!

Carol Tietjen is very rude and not very friendly When your lease is up. I would stay away from her..She is crazy.. DO NOT RENT or BUY FROM THIS LADY.. She is Evil.. she never paid back our rental deposit...and we only lived at the place for a year with everything cleaned and in order. she is a con artist and her husband also prances around like he is rambo with just showing up at the house.. beware of these people.. they will keep your money.... Do not give them your hard earned money or have any dealings with them.. they are crooked!

Alison took the time to come out to speak with me last year before I even decided to place my condo on the market. After 1 year, she remembered who I was,what my intentions and needs would be, and came by to catch up even though the market still is down. In the course of my life I have sold 1 condo, a townhouse, and 2 single family homes with agents who couldn't even compare to Alison. Her work ethic and drive is superior as are her advertising skills. I have the confidence in Alison to get the job done(even if the time is not right at the moment) eventually. She continues to be optimistic and is ALWAYS there when I have a question making me feel as though I am her only client.

Clyde Cooper talks a good game, but he is not a competent agent. I listed my home with him. During a four month period, I had no more than four showings. Eventually, I signed a contract with a seemingly qualified buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer was not qualified. During the closing process,however, Clyde Cooper assured me that everything was on tract for closing on the contractual date. The purchase agreement fell apart. It was later discovered, after my household goods had been shipped out-of state, that Clyde Cooper did not verify with the lender-as the contract allows, that the loan had been denied. Stay away from this agent he epitomizes the word incompetent.

Monique purchase 4 condos for me with a total value well over $1 million. I even included a brand new condo that I had discovered so that she could get the commission from the developer. To be fair, she did her search to identify the units I purchased. However, I was very disappointed when she did not even show up at the last closing nor even tried to reach me to thank me for all the business and to say a final goodbye. She simply informed the closing agent that she would not be coming to the closing and I never heard from her. She gave me the impression that she is ready to please you until she gets what she wants and doesn't really care what you think of her after that. It was the most unpleasant and odd experience I had ever had with an agent. I would tell people not to be fooled by her pretence to be "professional" because it was the most unprofessional behaviour I have encountered in my numerous years of conducting business.

I was referred to Alison by a friend who had used her in the past. I told her my needs, and what was the nice to haves, and she came up with a bunch of properties that were up my alley. I was overseas for a lot of the initial search, and Alison was great with being able to get back to me quickly even thought I was 9 time zones away. I ended up putting in an offer on a house, which ended up being foreclosed before we could get to closing. I decided to wait it out, and Alison walked me through the buying process for a foreclosure, and answered any questions or concerns that came up, and I was never in the dark. In short, Alison rules. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Alison had great knowledge, persistence and patience in helping us find just the right property. We were out of town buyers and Alison met us at the airport as well as meeting us on many other home tours to narrow our search and eventually find the great property we currently live in. She was always on top of everything and made the buying experience seamless.

There were 2 things in particular that we spoke about before I gave her the application and application fee. One of them was the Pets and the other was when we could move in. She gave the okay for both of them. I then after confirming that we would not be denied for those issues gave her the app and app fee. Gayle then does not call for 2 weeks. I called to check on the status. She turns us down for both issues that we already discussed before hand. So she basically took our money for doing nothing. If you want to get screwed over and lied to then this would be your best bet.

We really enjoyed working with Allison. We were pretty selective about choosing a realtor and, when we finally settled on Allison, it was the right decision. Her expertise and connections (James with Union Mortgage) were essential to keeping our first homebuying process as quick and simple as possible. Thanks again, Allison and James.
