I believe that to be sucessful you must feel comfortable and have faith in the person who is representing you as a buyer. We were referred to Mike about 2 months ago. Immediately after our first appointment with him, we knew we wanted to work with him. He was prepared with a book of listing that had the specifics as to what we wanted, he was easy to talk to, and had answers to our questions. He showed as many houses as we wanted to see, and he always did it with a smile. After loooking for less than a month, we found a house, and got an accepted offer. We are closing in 2 days. He guided us through this process, letting us make our own decisions and teaching us along the way. He is an amazing agent, and we feel so lucky to have worked with him during this process. In 2005 when I decided to move to VA from MI, I contacted Mike Grandelli (Rose and Womble) to help me find a house within 5 days. Mike worked almost exclusively with me during those 5 days-showing me townhouses, condos and single family homes. He was always willing to take me where ever we needed to go to look at property. If I needed to contact him by phone, he was always available. If he had prior committments, he let me know ahead of time. Finally our hard work paid off as on the 4th day I found the house best suited for me. I had to fly back to MI, but he worked with my son making sure the deal went smoothly. After 3 1/2 years of being in my home, I think back to what a smooth transition it was and Mike is the one that made it all possible. I'm not likely to move again, but if I did Mike would be the first person I would contact. I would highly recommend him to everyone knowing he would work as hard for you as he did for me. We worked with Mike Grandelli to purchase three rental properties over the past several years. My experience with Mike
If I had to sum up our experience with MIke I would say it in just one word AWESOME. We sold our first home in 18 days at the time the market was staring to taper off. We listened to his advice and followed it to the tee. He is very proactive and held numerous open houses on weekends devoting is own time to us. I would recommend MIke to anyone you wanted a stress free real estae agent. We thank you for your efforts and if and when the time arises to sell our current home I will be calling him. Our first experience with a real estate agent in the Hampton Roads area was not rememberable she was all about her location not ours and tried to steer us to more expensive homes to make more on the commission. Mike was devoted to his client as the first one we felt like we were a bother to her. We were here for ten days from California and very stressed out to find a home before we moved. My was a great agent.
