Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I took a listing of a vacant property that was the neighborhood 'crackhouse'. It sold in five days, and has been renovated and resold. Needless to say, the surrounding neighbors were very pleased to have this blight removed!

What is your best characteristic?
Tenacity - I stick with my clients and customers to meet their goals.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm inspired by anyone who 'practices what they preach'...even if I may not agree with them.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Visualizing the 'end', will help you determine the 'means'.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I've lived in Virginia Beach for 27 years, I'm sticking around.
