Carol Tietjen is very rude and not very friendly When your lease is up. I would stay away from her..She is crazy.. DO NOT RENT or BUY FROM THIS LADY.. She is Evil.. she never paid back our rental deposit...and we only lived at the place for a year with everything cleaned and in order. she is a con artist and her husband also prances around like he is rambo with just showing up at the house.. beware of these people.. they will keep your money.... Do not give them your hard earned money or have any dealings with them.. they are crooked!

I met Carol when I called to view a property she listed. My husband and I made no false presentation that we would use her as an agent. Carol showed us a home, inquired about our age, and about us being 1st time home buyers. We told her UP FRONT we had an agent, but she was unavailable. Her attitude changed from sweet/charming to angry/rude. She said she wouldnt have shown us the home and kept repeating I cant help you then. We quickly left after an uncomfortable lecture about representation. Carol called my phone later and told me I was a sweet girl and if we wanted to write an offer she would be more than happy to meet us at her office. I called my agent explained the situation and asked if we could write an offer; we loved the home! We offered FULL price. The next day our offer was faxed back with a large REJECTED across the front page. Carol wouldnt answer her phone/return our calls. It's sad to think we could own a home if we used Carol, the listing agent, who would have made $$$
