Tammy Coleman was the best Real Estate Agent we've dealt with. This is our third home that we've bought in the Hampton Roads area and have dealt with several different agents buying and selling our previous homes. So we had some experience going into our third house but we never experienced such a smooth transition like we did with Tammy. As a matter of fact everything seemed so simple that we thought we missed or forgot some things. Tammy is an expert and has a wealth of knowledge concerning the construction business and has so much patience. She never made us feel uncomfortable or did we feel like we couldn't trust her. She's very detail oriented and precise with everything that she told us and was never pushy or made you feel rushed. IF we ever buy another house then Tammy will definitely be our choice for an agent. She's fun, loving and caring of your needs. I HIGHLY recommend Tammy to be your agent. You won't regret it.

My fiancé and I started looking for houses in May 2009. We at first went with another company/agent which did not live up to our expectations of what level of service a real estate agent should provide. What's more, once we DID buy the house, Tammy didn't just dissapear but when we had questions or needed suggestions for contractors, Tammy's replies were always quick and helpful. Where to begin....
I first contacted Tammy before I moved to the VA area. It was my first job out of college, and my first big move out of my hometown. Needless to say I was a bit nervous about the move. After the first call she sent numerous properties to my email, she sent me so many that I was almost overwhelmed! I started looking through many of the listings, but you can only tell so much about a property from the pictures provided. I then travelled to the area to meet with her, and within an hour she went through hundreds of listings with me and was able to narrow it down to a handful. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about every area listed, I wondered if I might ever be as good at my own job! She always treated me like her top client (and I knew I was far from it!). My father accompanied me during the whole process and we both agreed that we were so fortunate to find someone so dedicated, honest, and helpful. I would highly recommend Tammy, and she has more than earned my future business.
Still Love our Home
Tammy Coleman was a huge reason that me and my wife now have a home that we love. She was very patient as we worked though multiple floor plans, neighborhoods, cities, etc. to decide what we wanted in a home. After several days of traveling the Hampton Roads area, we had decide on remaining in Virginia Beach. Naturally, the first place we looked at was the one that we wanted in the end, but after several week in a red hot market, the place had already been sold. Then on Wednesday evening, another place in the same neighborhood came on the market. Twenty minutes after learning it was listed, we were touring our current home. It was Tammy's expertise and knowledge of real estate, local market, and general trends that made the entire process stress free. She either knew or got the information quickly for every question we had about the process. I will continue to recommend Tammy Coleman to friends, relatives, and business ****ociates as long as she remains in business.

An amazng real estate agent....I knew from moment one that Tammy was the only agent I would ever do business with,the only one my husband could not burn out, 3 renovations and 3 flipped homes later, she is my confidant, a major business contact, a dear friend and even a one woman support group.lol. Tammy puts all that she has into her business, even with a scheule most of us would be overwhelmed, by she still takes the time to let each of her clients know they are important. Tammy does not work for her clients....she cares for them.
Knowledge I needed
Tammy had knowledge of local construction issues that I relied on coming from another state with a very different climate. Tammy was also very in tune with the needs of a family with school age children and offered terrific guidance on schools, neighborhoods and all that mattered to my family.
