Tony buy a previous house with Cynthia G Pilkerton and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I called this woman off one of her houses for sale. We didn't have an agent and were just getting started in looking for a house. She was not personable at all. But she seemed knowledgeable so we tried to stick it out with her. Every time we met with her she was rude to us about something. In the end we felt we had no other choice but to find another agent because she was so hostile and rude to us. Fortunately we did find a great agent, whom we've left a GREAT review for and who was pleasant and intelligent. We love our new home.
