- A client who I worked with two years ago, was scared and hesitant to purchase a home. We spent endless hours searching for a property, and after two months he gave up. In April of 07, he had just gotten back from a deployment in Iraq. Was ready and willing and able to buy. He called upon me, regardless of the fact that his girlfriend is a real estate agent. That to me was the ultimate compliment.
