I can't really tell you how much I appreciate Christi. We had a really challenging situation and were facing foreclosure after some financial problems and serious health issues.Christi was considerate of our circumstances and was full of information that we needed to know. We had to do a short sale on our house and really didn't know what to expect. But Christi got it sold in 45 days and it is a HUGE relief to us. I met Christi at an afternoon event for charity in Virginia Beach. A few months later when my Mother made the decision to sell the home she had owned with my father for 25 years, I knew the only person I wanted to call was Christi. She sold my Mother's home in 3 weeks and then helped her find and buy a very nice townhome. Then about 7 months later she helped me and my new husband find and buy our first house. She's super-smart and AMAZING when it comes to striking a deal and negotiating a contract. We love her!

Christi helped me buy my first home and that was great! I had very little cash for closing costs or a down payment and she was able to structure the contract so that I actually got a check from the attorney at closing for just over $500!! I was floored.Then about 6 months later, she helped my mother to find and purchase her first investment property and it was another great experience. She was able to get my mother a FREE closing. If you need an agent, Christi is really great. I also liked that she was almost always available on her cell phone. I really feel like she cared about my needs.
