Jim is everything that is good about this industry. My wife and I are going on two years in the home that Jim helped us find and buy. Not only does he have those other "mandatory requirements" for a good agent, but he has a knowledge of homes that is incredibly valuable. Jim was able to provide us with an informal home inspection walk-through of each home we looked at, told us how to fix each problem if we wanted to do it ourselves, and gave us cost estimates if we wanted to hire someone. When we placed a contract on a home, there were no surprises in the home inspection; Jim had already alerted us to all of the issues. Jim also provided the same type of walk-through of our previous home to help us get ready to sell. On both ends, he went above and beyond, and actually fixed some problems himself.
