How many years have you been in Real Estate?
8 Years.

$290K for condos, $450K for townhomes, $550K+ for single families.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Tysons Corner and the Dulles Corridor are expanding tremendously. The metro rail is coming to Tysons, Reston and then to Dulles Airport. All the areas along its path are building condos and retail space to support the influx of people & jobs.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
People come to me when there are making the largest purchase or sale decision of their lives. Think about it…when do you ever go shopping for a three hundred thousand dollar product? The opportunity to part be of these biggest of decisions, have people trust and rely upon my expertise in real estate, and provide guidance along the way gives me great satisfaction.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The Northern Virginia housing market is expensive. When most people come here from other places they are often giving up their single family homes to live in a condo. It’s my goal to find a affordable housing solution that meets up to clients expectations…that’s sometime challenging.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I got my real estate license when I was 19 so that I could purchase my first home on my own. That year I completed 10 other purchases / sales for clients while being part time in real estate. I later quit my full time job to pursue real estate full time.
What is your best characteristic?
Honesty...it's also my worst!
Who or what inspires you the most?
I’m inspired by new immigrants to our country who struggle for years to purchase their own homes.
What is the best advice you ever received?
It’s not how hard you fall…but how fast you get up that counts.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Close to my family.
"Helping people meet their needs. Working with people to find a new home is amazing. You get to see the excitment, watch people place their furniture..."
