I have had Brenda Sell two of my houses and bought two from her. She is fantastic and the process is efficient becuase she listens to your needs and desires. She does not waste your time on junk or homes priced out of your range. She is always very prompt in meeting appointments and helps you target homes and purchase exactly what you want. I can't speak highly enough about her.

She is the reason why people hate Realtors. Do not enter into a contract if she is involved in the transaction.

I was referred to patti by a family member. Patti was responsive and showed us around. She constantly showed us houses that were out of our price range, displayed racist tendencies and generally took advantage of our inexperience. She set us up with a predatory lender and the maid service she recommended was worthless. We bought an over priced fixer upper and she wasted no time in telling us that she couldn't negotiate any more than she had.

I received a call on Sunday 14 October from Ms. Thomas asking if she could show my house between 11-3, a four-hour block of time. I left the house by 11 and was back at 3 only to find that she hadn't even been in. She wasted my time.
