Oh yes, There are several incredible new developments coming along everyday. There is something for everyone's dream home.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love the end result. When I see a happy person or couple at the end of our home search journey or saying good-bye to someone who is moving on to something better, I feel great! What a rush of happiness and accomplishment. I also am up for a challenge. I can and do stand up under pressure if necessary. I respect my clients and do my best to give them my best every step of the way.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I believe that the most challenging issue I face as a Real Estate professional is convincing a prospect that working with a professional is the only way to go. Alot of people think they know what will transpire in the process of selling or buying only to find out that there can be difficulties and that is when the professional can help. Trust your Realtor. Work with your Realtor. We do this everday. The process can get tough sometimes. We are tough. We are resilient and we are there for you watchng our for your best interest.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my favorite stories is how disappointed a buyer was when he put in an offer on a home that was out-bid before the ink dried on his offer. He called almost everyday to tell me how disappointed he was. This went on for over four plus weeks and then one day I decided to phone the listing agent and inquire how the sale was proceeding only to find out that very day, the sale had fallen through for the othe buyer. I immediately phoned my disappointed buyer and he was elated with my news. He made the purchase and couldn't thank me enough for my persistance and dedication.
What is your best characteristic?
I believe it is being down to earth. I have time for you and make time for you. I do all the work myself. You will not get an assistant on the phone. When you phone me I will be the person on the other end of the line, listening to you and ready to make thing happen!
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by a natural drive that I learned from my father who was a successful contractor. He told me if you want something in life you have to earn it. I believe that applies to numerous facets of our lives, respect, trust, negotiating skills, persistance, and so many other aspects of my career and how I live in general.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Work hard but don't forget how to laugh !
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would live right where I am, among people who love me and are glad to see me come home everyday no matter where it is.
