She was horrible at returning phone calls, acted as if we were inconviencing her when we asked to view other houses, recommended a home inspector who didn't find any of the problems that we did once we moved in (leaking ceiling, no heat in half the house, leaking pipes under the house, just to name a few), suggested a home warrenty (American Home Sheild AHS) said to "call her 1st" with all the problems before calling them (then didn't answer the phone when we did call about the ceiling leaking, the broken fridge, etc) Didn't even answer the phone one month after the deal was done. Poor service! I do NOT recommend this agent to anyone..
