but would not
recommend using Ernest for your home purchase.
Comments: "In 5 years as a mortgage broker and after working with hundreds of agent I have never seen a lazier, rude agent than Ernest Ocansey. Not to mention a liar every step of the way. He called the settlement attorney and tried to change the buying agents commission and said she would contribute 1000 dolloars to his buyer. A total lie. He yelled and threatend and tried to intimidate the female agent when she confronted him. He concealed a 6200 lien from the condo board as well as an unknown second mortgage. The settlement attorney, buyer, realtor and mortgae broker all gave THOUSANDS to his seller to move forward. He gave 76 dollars. He even forgot the keys so we went in rush hour to get them. Not even an apology. He just said he forgot. It took almost two hours in rush hour. The settlement agent said in over 20 years he has never seen an agent act so horribly. It was a short sale and he also lied and hid things from the bank. We fixed all his mistakes and lies. Worst settlement out of 100's" Read full review |
