- In today's market, showing a comparative market analysis to a prospective seller that indicates their property is not worth how much they paid for it or in some cases the property cannot sell for a high enough price to cover their mortgage.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One of my favorite clients to work with was Malihe. She was planning to move out of state and needed help renting out her townhouse. She felt totally overwhelmed and really needed my help. Within four weeks we had arranged to have her house painted, the downstairs carpet replaced, numerous minor repairs were done, her belongings were sorted, packed, delivered to a storage facility close by and her townhouse was rented out to suitable tenants who signed a one year lease. She was incredibly happy with how everything turned out and the speed at which it was accomplished. The entire experience really made me feel good.

- Gosh, I have so many good characteristics it is hard to pick just one but if pressed to I will choose my patience.

- The act of helping people is what inspires me the most. I just like to help others.

- Richmond, VA =) I like visiting other places but there are so many people I know here I cannot see myself living anywhere else at this time.
