VERY poor attitude and service

My experience with this agent is that he is very rude, has a poor attitude if the deal does not go HIS was and very difficult to deal with. We are buying our third home and Tom Mackay is the listing agent. He made the transaction as difficult as possible because upon our first meeting, we had a difference of opinion.
