We are seeing an uptick in buyers in the last few weeks. It seems that because we did not have the huge run up in prices that some other areas had we are not having a big dip in home values now.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people to acheive their goals. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction when my clients tell me how the purchase of their home has made positive changes for their family.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most recent issue has been the credit problems being encountered by first time buyers.
