Had a horrible experience! Worst realtor ever!

Jodi is the best dedicated realtor I have ever came across,she helped me purchase my first home and was commited and assisted me evry step of the way! I highly recommend Jodi if you are buying or selling.

I have known of Mr. Downing's Business for years. I have bought and sold properties through him, and he has managed properties for me. He handles every detail with professionalism and meticulous follow through. I have been in Richmond since 1971, in all that time he has been the best I have seen. He has a true gift for working with people, and for handling the hundreds of things that come with the responsibility of property management. I would recommend him to my own mother.

We bought a house this hack flipped. Several years later we are still finding shortcuts Dowell took. Everything he "fixed" has had to be repaired due to the poor quality and shoddy workmanship including the roof, duct work, flooring, electrical wiring, and deck. The shoe molding is not even nailed down in places! This was our first house and we did not know what to look for. We trusted our realtor who was obviously working with Kevin Dowell not for us. Kevin Dowell is a hack who takes advantage of people trying to buy a home and start moving their finances in the right direction. DO NOT BUY anything from Kevin Dowell is selling!!!

Wow! Who every reads this you should not use this lady. She was nice right until we signed a buyers agreement then the service level and nice attitude flew out the door and was replaced with lazy, rude woman who tried to smooth over things after I fired her by calling my husband and trying to "sweet talk him". You have been warned!

For example, take Chris here, who I just spoke with on the phone a few minutes ago. I live in Florida, but he sent me a random email, six times, asking me if my car can handle 40,000 a year. It worked, my curiosity was piqued. Did he know me? Had I wondered about properties in his area? Maybe, somewhere, I'd filled out an interest card and he was following up. But this was not the case. He "collected" email addresses from various "places" and "made his own" list. I wonder how I got that lucky. I got to report him to my email provider as a Phisher SIX TIMES! Whooo! Sorry Chris, this is why you should look before you leap and get a lot of annoyed phone calls and emails about your "marketing" techniques.

This lady pulls a bate & switch on home buyers out for no one but herself establishes trust and could care less about the client

These folks rented my daughter a house which was not up to code electrically; had leaking pipes; had an oil tank which was full of debri; etc. My daughter terminated the lease legally and mutually -- now Hob Sigmon has filed suit, issued a judgment, and is attempting to garnish her wages. These are not practices which are within the law nor should the practices be acceptable.
