- Provided full Service from Relocation to New Home Ownership! Assisted Royle family find a rental property upon learning they were relocating to the DC area. Negotiated the lease for them and assisted with hassle free 'move-in'. Assisted with locating a new home to purchase which would meet their long-term needs. Represented them as their Buyer's Agent and negotiated a contract that would be most beneficial to them. Assisted them with another 'hassle-free' move into their new home, coordinating transfer of mail, utilities, and other details.
