He provides excellent advice and sound recommendations regarding both buying and selling property. Ed is also quick to take action in terms of fixing minor things (water leaks, fire alams, hanging new light fixtures, etc) for homes he lists for sale. I hired Ed to help me purchase my first home in Alexandria, VA in Winter 2010-2011. He was very patient with me and the family members I brought along to help me evaluate prospective properties.
