"Evan is very forthright and upfront about what is needed to sell a home in these very tough times. He is most helpful in suggesting ways to accomplish presenting the home in the best possible way to potential buyers.
He did the impossible--and got the house sold at a good price and with favorable terms in the worst housing market in decades. I would use him again to buy and/or sell a home. He is by far the most thorough and conscientious Realtor I have used in any of my real estate transactions."

"Evan Sangine did an excellent job guiding us along the way. Even through an anxious time when our first contract fell thru. He took hold, calmed our fears, sold our house again, in a very short time and for more. He was always professional and respectful toward my husband and myself, answered our many questions with great competence and patience and kept us informed at all times. He is a credit to your firm."

"Most of the time television advertisements stretch the truth but not yours'. I selected Long and Foster Realty as I had a good experience in the sale of a previous property I had owned in Virginia.
I was fortunate when I called your office to reach Evan Sanguine. I had some unusual requests over the presentation of the home and Evan worked with me to come up with an excellent plan. Furthermore he knew his market as frankly I thought I would not get the price he suggested. But he was right.
He has been very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in the sale of my home. For example - because of my work commitments he arranged to have the furnace cleaned at cheaper price than I could find. He also managed to keep me up-to-date on the process of contract signing. And when problems arose he was there with solutions. The final problem was damage to the french doors when I moved out of the townhouse. I was at the end of my wits when Evan called and said he put a chain and lock on the doors so they secure.
What a realtor!!
In my opinion Evan Sanguine could be your employee of the month.
I thank you for employing someone of his caliber and professionalism. He certainly lives up to your TV commercial.
Sincerely, W. Tobi"
