Monica helped us buy our first home! She was incredible; we would (and have) recommended her to friends and family. She excels in every aspect: knowledge, professionalism, energy, and responsiveness. We were most impressed with how quickly and effectively she communicated and coordinated our home buying process. As first time homebuyers (not surprisingly) we were a little overwhelmed with the how much needed to happen and how fast. At every step, Monica walked us through what needed to be done, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and had excellent recommendations for any services we needed: home inspections, title company, etc. Our only disappointments came when we didn't take her recommendations. During the negotiations she was able to anticipate the buyer's responses and saved us time and energy. She has a great deal of insight into the market and still keeps us up to date with analysis. We greatly appreciated all her efforts on our behalf even up to complications hours before the closing (which were solely due to the seller!) - she definitely earned her commission!

We were first time buyers who needed a lot of hand holding. Monica was there for us every step of the way! Every time we hit a potential road block, Monica let us know what was happening, what she was doing to get around it, and when we could expect results. We always felt like we were her top priority. We couldn't have done it without her!!

God help you if you get on Debbie Gill junk mail list. We mailed the Broker and her in an escalating way(Nice to direct and then Certified mail.)to remove us from her list. Her mail is third rate junk and provides no value. Basically, just cuts and pastes from MRIS like most other agents. Looks like we will need to waist her time with some false listing requests or maybe we can sue her for some harr****ment.
