- Your home is one of your most basic needs. Helping someone find a suitable home and helping them through the process brings me a lot of joy and excitement! Selling a home is a fantastic opportunity to interface with lots of buyers too - product knowledge (the property) is also a lot of fun for me!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Real estate is LOCAL. Most every client I have has a WRONG impression of what is happening in the real estate market because their content knowledge is based on what they hear on the news - National news. Every real estate market is local. Getting everyone's expectations set right can be a challenge.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My favorite time of the entire transaction is handing my first-time home-buyer(s) the keys to their first house. GREAT to be part of such an important time in their lives!

- I am organized, approachable, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and I communicate well.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- A particular person I know who faces so much adversity every day - he faces it all with courage and determination and keeps on ticking!
