I've been practicing Real Estate full time for almost 4yrs.

What is the average home price in your market?
$299,900 - 350,000

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes, I concentrate most of my business on the Southside of Hampton Roads. We're seeing alot of builders coming in and creating affordable neighborhoods that offer wonderfully modern designs (single family homes, townehomes, & condos). Alot of construction is currently changing our landscape here in Suffolk. Harris Teeter is on its way, lots of restaurants, shopping centers offering top name stores! We're very excited about all the new changes!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love my career! I'm very enthusiastic about building a business that's directed towards helping people achieve their goal of homeownership! Its a wonderful feeling of accomplishement to be part of such an important phase in someone's life! I feel very luck to have met such wonderful people along the way! ...I owe my success in the business to you!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issues I face currently face in this softened market is having my clients be patient! We need to reduce when needed, and focus on the condition of the home we are marketing to the consumer. Sellers often have already separated from their homes and don't want to continue to do repairs and spend on improvements. The truth here is that with such an inflated market...yours has to shine to sell!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have so many success stories! For me I think its so gratifying to find a solution for someone! People with shortsales, 1st time buyers who are so happy to get the keys, military who are relocating and have to sell or in many cases are holding two mtges until it sells....The list is long. Ultimately, the energy that I put into helping my clients who are going through hard times is worth it when they thank me for my effort!

What is your best characteristic?
I think my enthusiasm! I live life! I smile all the time, and I work hard to make my "bucket list" a reality!

Who or what inspires you the most?
My parents and my family inspire me the most! I'm very blessed to have a wonderful husband, and two incredible kids who inspire me everyday!

What is the best advice you ever received?
To never give up! Life is what you design it to be! Always put out the true essence of you, because what you put out is what you get back...

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I'm happy where I am! I do love to travel though. I love to experience different cultures, see knew things, learn about others point of view. I'm always learning!
