We are happy to share with you the wonderful experience we have had with Jasmine. She originally contacted us after our relcoation to San Antonio offering her services. The listing for our home had been on the market for several months with a realtor from another company. The listing expired and Jasmine was the first realtor to offer her assistance to re-list the property. We unforunately chose another realtor due to her seemingly more extensive resume. We soon realized our mistake and this time it was our turn to contact Jasmine seeking her expertise. With speed and efficiency, she had our home listed and sold within 90 days. Given the current market, that is a feat accomplished only by the most dedicated agents. Once we had a valid contact, Jasmine represented our interests as if this was her home. She was in constant contact with us throughout the closing process. We could not have asked for a more professional representation. Outstanding Agent
I was "blessed" this year with 2 houses to sell in different markets. I had one bad realtor, one good one and one outstanding one. Jasmine outshone the other two by a large margin. I was an out-of-town owner and so had to lean on her for the total management of the sale. She did a fantastic job of managing the preparation of the house for sale, the presentation of the house to prospects, advertising and so on. Throughout the whole process, she kept me informed every step of the way. When offers came in, she advised me in detail on the response she thought appropriate. In short, she was fantastic. I would strongly recommend her to anyone with a property to sell. If I ever wind up needing another real estate transaction in her area, I'd use her in a second. We took her advice and prepared the property. Her market analysis was spot on and we priced our home competitively. Jasmine's marketing strategy was outstanding and included professional flyers, MLS listing and an excellent web video. To our suprise, we recieved an offer within 3 days and closed 32 days later.
