Pleased with Ed Wagner
Ed listed our home for sale. He was very thorough and professional. He covered things with us and showed his depth of knowledge of the realty profession. He was very fast with getting our listing included in Multiple Listing and also providing signs. We maintained a very positive relationship with Ed. We would recommend him highly for listing real estate. He has been very courteous and has communicated with us. We know that most of his property management clients are very happy with his services. He does not have a website, probably because he is a small business owner.

Rental Contract
My roommate and I had the unfortunate experience of having Ed Wagner as our broker for the duration of a year. While I can only speak for myself, and not on my roommate's behalf (although I'm sure she would agree), I found him to be highly inadequate and unconcerned with respect to his responsibilities. On numerous occasions Ed blatantly disregarded requests for property repairs. These concerns were only dealt with once the owner was finally personally contacted. Upon vacation of the property, Mr. Wagner unlawfully withheld security deposits for unnecessary "cleaning." When these charges were addressed his flippant response was, "take me to court." Although those reading this may not be considering Ed Wagner for a rental agreement, my hope is that this account will illuminate his true character given any circumstance. I wish I had known what I was getting into before I signed my agreement with Ed.
