He's very methodical and tough-minded in advancing your interest yet completely warm and gracious while doing so -- not unlike the late Tim Russert on Meet the Press. (I remember sitting in the builder's on-site trailer with the builder and his Realtor. Jim sat there calmly ticking off what needed to be changed to finalize the contract. The other two just wanted to do the deal and be done. Smiling, Jim simply wouldn't agree until he got what we wanted.) He won't let a builder or another Realtor get the best of you.
