Rented a house from him; had to constantly call for a month to get heat pump repaired/replaced in the middle of winter. He also left the house dirty and unclean when I moved in but expected it clean when I moved out (which it was). He spent my deposit elsewhere instead of saving it for when I left because he stated he'd have to wait for the new tenant's deposit before he could return mine. I had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back; dragged out returning the deposit the full 30 days after leaving the house (as allowed by law). Don't recommend using him.

I rented a house from John and had very few problems. There were many months when my rent was late but John worked with me and always stayed positive. There was a crack in the foundation of the house that, when we informed John of it, he had it repaired promptly. He was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly.

First of all, Patty Tello is Rosi's sister. Don't believe her post. She probably did not even post it. This outfit is as bad as it gets. They have "agents" who are unlicensed. They are completely unprofessional, incompetent, and only care about how much commission will be earned. With all the agents out there who are licensed, professional, informed, ethical, and honest, you should never ever consider using this fraudulent bloodsucker.

Two years ago I bought a beautiful house in centreville area with Vilchez and Associates Real Estate. I was so happy I could find a professional team that helped me through all the process, and made my life so easy. I do not have a problem with english, however I felt much more comfortable dealing with them because they know what hispanic people need. Therefore I will always recommend them!! and if I have to get a new property in the future I will more than happy to work with them again.

Rosi Vilchez is very professional she helps and advice our community to buy a property or sell on this market if you need a realtor definitly call her you will help you she is great !!!! I really like her service and her staff is very capable

I purchased a home from Rosi Vilchez back in 2006 and it was a nightmare. They are extremely unprofessional, and they take advantage of hispanics in this are, especially the ones who do not speak English. When I purchased the house one of the women that listed and was showing my home didn't even have a realtor license. It almost seems like they do a lot if fradulent and illegal business in that office. Please do not buy from them!
