Kevin David buy a previous house with Kathy Rice and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I have been trying to rent from one of Kathy's listings... But unfortunaly, I don't think I will. It has been a week of calls and messages to her, trying to verify a move-in in date to schedule movers. After my application and deposits were accepted, either I nor my realtor could get in touch with her. Now it's down to 3 days that I "have" to move, and still no word from her... not even the courtesy of a call to acknowledge that I am definately able to move in... Now it's back to the beginning and searching for another rental... this has got to be the rudest realtor I have ever dealt with...
