- The media scaring the public with inaccurate information. Home ownership is still easily available in my market area.

- My most recent success was selling the same client their fourth home since I've been in the business. Each time the bought it turned into a great appreciation allowing them to go from a starter home in the $120,000 price to their most recent purchase of over $600,000. Client follow-up and referrals are always rewarding.

- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The need to be the most knowledgeable in the business. My agents and customers trust in me so I'm inspired to achieve.

- Be honest and you will always sleep better at night.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I was born in Denver Colorado and have traveled the world for 20 years in the military but now that I'm settled down in Virginia I love it here.
