Mr. Ehteshami is unethical to the core. I observed that Shahin was willing to say anything to make the sale. I could detect his major character flaws while checking out properties. I decided to pick someone else. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

"Susie" left a negative message at the wrong number (mine) with details about the seller's situation. It indicated the offer sounded unacceptable to the seller, but had no counter or suggestion for one. Susie spoke so fast she sounded panicked and concluded the wrong number call with a mere, "Hopefully it works." Then, hung up. She seems to think her job is to merely relay mesages for a high fee! Why waste the parties' time at all if there is no intention to actually represent? Since property transactions (home buying and selling, etc.) are often the largest people make, it is wise to check agents' credentials and/or training before blindly trusting them. If referred by a friend, CONSIDER THE FRIENDS QUALIFICATIONS AND PURPOSE FOR MAKING THE REFERRAL! Realtors must "Sell Themselves" before their services and ocasionally their skill ends exactly there!
