Homeowner buy a previous house with JDuke D Boswell and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Duke Boswell should be avoided at all costs. He "helped" us buy our first home and we were defrauded by him and his recommended inspector Burgess Inspections. Three years later I've spent tens of thousands of dollars repairing what should have been discovered during the inspection. We were young, naive, and put our trust in the "professionals", only to succumb to their collusion to sell the house. Now that I'm in th Real Estate business, I know just how screwed I got. DUKE BOSWELL IS BAD NEWS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
