- I work with my oldest daughter to purchase her first home. At the time she was living in Kentucky in a one bedroom apartment. When I went to visit with her we looked at homes on the Internet and found one she liked. When I got back home, I call the listing agent. I view the home and took took a lot of pictures and sent then to her she fell in love, wrote up the contract, fax it to her, and the rest is history. My daughter never saw her home she purchased until she arrived in the middle of the night. She call me, crying from being so happy, to say how much she love me and that I found her the most beautiful home she has ever seen. she loved it so much. She said she had a mansion. Her trust in me, was a great feeling of success.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Their is no substitute for being a good listener. Highly driven, and creative, so when my clients and I face a situation,I am creative enough to find a great solution and also be realistic about what works.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My childern inspire me all the time with their achievements to keep trying even when it seems hard.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Always treat the client you are working with as though they are your most important client, they will remember you. Never dwell on the negative..focus on the positive
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- As much as I love to travel. I love my home in the small town of Montpelier, Va where I raised my 3 children. Even though they are all grown know and moved to their own homes. They all know that this is home, where Sunday dinners are served and we call this family day.
