Great Realtor!

My fiance and I recently bought our first home. Dan was referred to us by some family friends and we feel so lucky to have had such a great realtor. He helped us through the stresses of buying our first home. Dan was very quick to answer all of our millions of questions, and as the previous review stated, if he doesn't know he will find the answer for you quickly. Dan doesn't leave you hanging. He made our first time buying experience great. If we are ever in need of a realtor we will be using Dan again.

Best and most honest realtor we have ever met

We have purchased 5 houses and the country and Dan has been the most honest and helpful. He is a very caring person and very active in the community including the military community. It's been one year since we bought our house but I still email Dan with questions and he always gets back to me the same day even if he doesn't have an answer yet. He will let you know that he is actively looking for an answer. I would highly recommend him.

They originally thought a short sale or foreclosure were their only options. Sometimes NOT selling a house is the best course of action.
