We used them to list a property and they priced it within what they recomended. And as contracts came in they we acting a doubble agent both represening my proerty and the buyer in most of the contracts we were presented and by far it was the worst expirence I had faced. They are in this for their own interest and not yours.

Rhonda Richardson is the reason that we had to pull out of our contract with only a week left to close. They didn't make the necessary repairs to the home we bought and stopped returning phone calls/emails, basically just dropped off the face of the earth. We spent months looking for a home and finally found "the one." I wouldn't recommend Rhonda Richardson to anyone, especially if you want to actually move into the house. She is irresponsible, inconsiderate and an awful buisness person.
