- I truly love my job and this area. I wake up everyday excited to help Buyers and Sellers maximize their oppurtunities in their Real Estate Transactions. Helping someone capitalize their equity or handing a Buyer their first set of keys is really a moving experience.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue I face is working with clients that have unreal expectations of the market. It's a common misconception that Realtors and Agents control the market when in fact we don't. The market is a economic situation that changes literally every single day. Prices may rise or fall, but that is all based on consumer demand.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- There are too many to count! I don't sell Real Estate, it will sell itself as long as it is priced right. I prefer to look at my profession as a "Solutions" business. My clients have problems and I provide them with solutions. Every problem that is solved is a success story.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I think that my best characteristic is a toss-up between my humor and my determination. I always have a smile and I never give up.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family and children inspire me the most. A loving husband and a Daddy are the best titles to have in the World. Everything I do is for them.

- You can never pay too much for a piece of Real Estate if you wait long enough.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Summers in Alaska and Winters in Oregon.
